Training and Development
A quality orientation and ongoing training is provided for all Zenith employees to stay up-to-date in the field of human services. Meridian Services provides a well rounded training program for staff. Training is provided by Orion Associates, a partner company that specializes in providing training about disabilities to support staff. In addition, Orion Associates has developed specialized training provided by local experts in the field, not only for presentation to organization staff, but available for a fee to staff of other organizations and the general public.
